Client usage rights, commercial licensing, image delivery, portfolio use, and other photography-specific matters are governed by the signed photography agreement. If a signed client agreement conflicts with these Website Terms regarding a specific photography project, the signed client agreement will control.

Digital Products. B&E Photography may offer digital products, including branding workbooks, photographs, educational resources, and other downloadable materials. Digital products are licensed to the purchaser for their intended use and do not transfer copyright ownership.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, digital products may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, shared, published, or used to create derivative products for resale.
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed, except where a refund is required by applicable law. For photography images delivered through a digital gallery, downloading the images constitutes acceptance of delivery and satisfaction of the digital image delivery obligation, subject to the applicable photography contract and any rights provided by law.

Photography and Other Services. Information about photography, consulting, mentorship, pricing, packages, availability, locations, and deliverables on this website is provided for general informational purposes and may change. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a client relationship.
A service date is not considered reserved until the requirements in the applicable service agreement have been completed, which may include signing a contract and paying a retainer.

Educational Content. Our blogs, guides, workbooks, resources, and other educational materials are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We share information based on our experience and knowledge, but we do not guarantee specific business, marketing, financial, sales, or other results.
